Yes I had surgery on my left knee for a torn ACL, the process for the actual surgery itself was pretty easy, I remember waking up after and not even being sure if I had the surgery or not yet. But the first 3 days afterwords were complete h---, it's the worst I ever felt physically. I had pain meds but they didn't seem to do much. Then I had to do 2-3 months of physical therapy, it was quite a long process but not too bad other than those first few days after.

s--- dude, you're tough as h---. I've been in PT for the past month due to irritated cartilage from Runner's Knee, I can only imagine tearing your ACL. Can you still play sports?

Yep I can, when I started the physical therapy she basically asked me how active I intend to be (meaning just normal walking for life, sports or whatever) and I said I'd like to at least be able to play sports(mainly basketball) again for fun. So I guess she based my PT plan off of that. It's kinda crazy we started out doing very basic things like leg lifts and I was eventually sprinting up hills, running on treadmills, etc lol. She did recommend I shouldn't ski again though and also said I shouldn't do that machine at the gym (forget what it's called, not the leg press) where you basically lift from your foot area and up at an angle. She said for that machine, people can actually get injured just using that machine even if they weren't injured before, I thought that sounded crazy since I used to do that machine all the time lol but I'm guessing she knows what she's talking about.

But yeah PT gets pretty intense at times.

    twice.

one time a cyst under/right near my eye had to be removed and surgery was what the doc/surgeon suggested.

the other time i had surgery for palmar hyperhidrosis

    both surgeries were successful

I had to have what's called a VATS Procedure on my left lung after it collapsed for the second time. Basically what they did was rough up the surface of my lung with a certain chemical and take out a small portion of my lung tissue so air pockets can't form anymore. I still have pain everynow and then, s--- hurts like h---.

Does having your wisdom teeth taken out count as surgery? I was put under for that procedure.

    Hm...

I've had about 6 or 7 procedures done on my ears, (removing and replacing tubes) and due to the scar tissue that was never closed up I have holes in my ear drums so I have the hearing of an old man

I had my tonsils removed at a young age and somehow they grew back and I had to do that again

I actually don't remember if they had to put me under or anything when a hook sliced open my forehead cuz I was concussed and in 3rd grade
