Sep 24, 2017 I personally think so but I wanna hear others thoughts. My thinking goes like: 1. A lot more parody outside of Alabama whos practically the 33rd NFL team year to year even week to week s--- is bound to shake up due to recruiting /now diverse college skill sets are. Michigan and Penn State were sub 500 teams a couple years ago now National title contenders that quick. 2. As I mentioned the skill sets are so diverse team to team, universities have much more of a true identity like real ground and pound / Air raid offenses the NFL although some teams Lean 55/45 it's so much more balanced 3. Because of #2 guys like Lamar Jackson / Johnny Manziel who necessarily wont transition well to the league are heismans in college and pulling off 70 yard touchdown run as a Quarterback 4. Due to the draft/graduation rosters shake up constantly Michigan for example has 10 new STARTERS on defense this year
Sep 24, 2017 I love the NFL and have basically no interest in college football. I guess the main reason is I don't have a team but also so many games are blowouts plus the games take even longer than watch..Also for the good teams they usually only have a few tough games a year. s---'s pretty boring to me tbh...sometimes I'll watch a huge game though, or at least part of it..
Sep 24, 2017 Well he was but there are a lot of level headed people who don't transition well Most people aren't as good in the NFL as they were playing college ball
Sep 24, 2017 I'm the same way and when I tell people they judge me big time, but I feel that's only because I'm from a place where pro ball isn't as big of a deal as say if I lived in Green Bay lol NFL rules though fu- the haters
Sep 24, 2017 Some valid points tbh idk I guess my team is USC as I loved their defenses when they had RM / Cushings / Clay Mathhews but I'm all for watching any good matchup tbh I agree there are alot of games that aren't as close as you'd like but it comes with the territory it makes those upsets that much better and when you finally have those two undefeated top 5 teams meet with only a couple weeks left WHEW s--- is better than any regular season NFL game. NFL you can go 9-7/10-6 and still have a shot in college you can't be worse than 10-2 often 11-1 so the stakes are much higher
Sep 24, 2017 Love both but prefer NFL. I don't like that the college teams get "tune up"games. Major blow outs are lame and most schools agree to them because they get a cut of the profit for this football program getting their a--- kicked by a big school. But the prime time games between big schools that are ranked are many time much more enjoyable.
Sep 24, 2017 maybe but tbh i don't give a f--- about the ncaa like i do the NFL. I watch some games here and there but not religiously like I do with the NFL.
Oct 9, 2017 meh, just comes down to personal preference. i love football in general, but prefer the NFL because its easier to follow. in college football, there's 45454 teams, so its hard to keep up with
Oct 10, 2017 Way less drama in CFB, NFL is way too political now. Y’all might enjoy the kneeling and think it’s brave, idgaf. I see the news every d--- day and the last thing I want to do on a Sunday is be bothered. If CFB went political I’d be done with it all together. Need a break from the bs of this country. I’m not in the boycott NFL club, I’m in the jfc leave politics out of it club...
Oct 11, 2017 Yes. While they might not always been a gifted as the pro players, there's more atmospheric passion at college games. But take note that I live in a state that doesn't have a pro team.
Oct 11, 2017 I watch both weekly, but the NFL is way better. Half the people playing in the NCAA s--- and you can tell with the r-----ed decision making
Oct 11, 2017 yeah you wouldnt be saying that if you lived in a football town, completely different atmosphere, especially with a place like philly. best football town in the country.
Oct 11, 2017 College football more or less reigns supreme in my region. But the Colts and Bengals are no more than a couple of hours away from my home city.
