Does it make you laugh? I've never had a problem watching it, but I rarely remember actually laughing. People say it's because everything else copied it, but those are usually people who love it in the first place. Louis is a show in a similar vein, and I think it's pretty well made and entertaining, but I don't laugh much. Curb Your Enthusiasm honestly misses with me completely.

When I first saw The Office, for comparison, I couldn't breath half the time.

It's definitely a grin and quickly-exhale-air-through-your-nose type of show

Both. I think Steve Carrell's work was the best thing to come out of either though.

Seinfeld does make me laugh at times, but I laughed a lot more at The Office. I have seen lots of episodes of Louie, and it's hit and miss for me. The show is well done but there will be episodes that I get kinda bored with and don't laugh at all. I haven't seen Curb yet though.

Remember watching Seinfeld growing up at night. Never really got into it though. Ive seen some re runs and I've laughed at some of it. Not like 2 and a half men. Ive tried watching it and just can't get into it. Can actually say I've never laughed once with that show.

Seinfeld is the best comedy of all time and without a doubt one of the best television shows, period. The show is so clever and likeable that it doesn't need LOL moments to make it enjoyable. That was never the concept behind it.

Of course it's funny. It's one of the best shows of all time. Where it may lack in funny moments, it makes up for in pure entertainment.

Absolutely. I understand why people may not enjoy it but it's definitely one of the greats in my opinion.

I enjoy it. I've seen it all through and regularly still catch it when it's on. I just do it for the likable characters and wacky 90s NY aesthetic more than actual laughs.

Sometimes it's amusing, but there are plenty of other comedies I'd rather watch if given the choice.

Of course, can't recall anyone ever not finding it funny. All the main characters did a great job with their roles.

I actually slightly prefer Curb Your Enthusiasm, but obviously Seinfeld is funny.

20+ year old episodes are still fantastic, and are still relevant. So many classics.

    f---ing great show.
