    Too early, give it some air. Definitely feeling DC4 more right off the bat though.

    i think they both are similar in that they have some great music shuffled in with some bad.

    where they differ for me is that views was hyped for years, and was advertised as drake's "shift" to a new sound. it was none of that (outside of PND's contributions) so the album was a disappointment due to my high expectations.

    i went in to DC4 with no expectations, just hoped for some good music. and he delivered. but it's worth noting, meek got ate alive by nearly every feature on that album (and there are 13). but gems like blue notes, offended, you know >>>*

    but if i were to look at both projects, they're both in the 6.5/10 range for me. maybe DC4 climbs to a 7/10 when it's said and done tho? they're still similar in quality regardless.

    DC4 had IMO less good production over DWMTM. But in terms of quality, I'll go with both tbh:idk:

    I've only heard the opener on DC4 and it made me cringe. That played sample and awful flip of it. At least I remember it though.

    No. DC4 has better production than anything released this year and the outro is the greatest song in the past decade. Like the outro is better than any song in Drakes career.
    This idiot was in the DC4 thread at the time of it dropping posting things like "ha! Where's the Drake groupies now!?" Talk about an awful flip.

    It isn't hard at all to create a better project than Views. Views is the most disappointing album from a well-known artist since Encore.
