Dec 9, 2014 Always excited about a new full length Tech album. Haven't enjoyed his recent work as much but I still have hope for this.
Dec 9, 2014 I can appreciate how consistent Tech is in putting out music. Something Else was similar to all his other albums for me in that there are 2-3 awesome songs, 8-10 good songs, and 3-5 subpar songs. Wish he'd shorten his albums a bit to remove filler.
Dec 10, 2014 He needs far less featured verses like he did on Anghellic or at least Everready. Something Else was utterly bland and made me lose interest in Tech, even as a solo artist.

Dec 10, 2014 Yep, agree with both your posts. Tech has collabos albums anyways so no need to fill his solo albums with so many guest features. I don't think there's anyone that has more guest appearances on their solo albums than Tech does lately lol, it's kinda ridiculous.

Dec 10, 2014 d---, so much for thinking Tech gave up on the Em collabo, apparently he's going for it again. Oh well, hope he gets it for his sake since it's such a big deal to him. But I don't think the song would be anything special at this point.

Mar 1, 2015 f--- this album. Definitely cementing my thoughts on how bad tech n9ne has become lately. hood gone crazy is horrible on so many levels an for so many reasons. The features, the beat, the chorus, its just s--- from beginning to end. I dont kno why he insists on becoming this sell out mainstream entity. Im fine with mainstream features but this isnt colorado or f--- food, this is a blatant attempt to reach mainstream street level rap.
Mar 1, 2015 Yeah I take back my earlier post, not looking forward to this at all anymore really. Hope there's a few good songs, that's about it. I used to be a big Tech fan but he's putting out so much material so quickly and is still desperate to get mainstream recognition, the quality's taking a big dip imo and he's running out of stuff to talk about. He's 43 and should be considering retirement soon, but I have a feeling he'll keep going for a long time and the quality will likely keep getting worse.
