    From what I gather I think he's currently contractually obliged to release the Carter 5 under Cash Money until he can sort that out in the lawsuit. If he drops this project as a freebie he has no obligation to CM much like when he dropped S4TW.

    Does the contract specifically say he has to release the songs on that album or could he switch the songs onto another project and put something else on the carter v
