Apr 29, 2024 I usually don't watch reviews before watching a show because I don't want to be spoiled and I don't give a s--- what 'critics' think. But I think Netflix (they won't) should add warnings to shows that aren't properly finished. f---ing sucks lol. Last year I watched The OA. 2 seasons, pretty weird but good show. At the end of season 2 it started to make sense, action was getting more and then.... a huge cliffhanger. When I googled it I saw it was canceled. Now the past 2 weeks I've been watching Bienvenidos a Eden, a spanish thriller/drama show. Exactly as w the other, it has 2 seasons. It ends with like 10 cliffhangers and revelations, only to see it also has been canceled lol. I kinda liked it but it feels like a big waste of time knowing the story is only half finished. Which is a shame because it had potential to go out with a good ending. Glad there are shows like Dark, Lucifer, Manifest and Suits etc. that did have a good ending. But it does make me hesistant starting a new show, not knowing it it will end. Okay end rant lol

Apr 30, 2024 I dealt with something like this just late last year. The iCarly revival was getting really good, but they ended the last season on a cliffhanger. The cliffhanger was gonna reveal Carly’s mom after so many years, but the show got cancelled!!
May 4, 2024 I kinda liked the new characters combined w Harvey & Louis tbh. But the last season wasn't really needed with all the special master bs. Nice way to bring Mike back though (shame, no Jessica) and give Katrina what she deserved. And ofc the baby. It was a great ending imo closure overall
May 4, 2024 I watched S1 and 2 right after another last year so the time between didn't bother me. Season 1 was a nice build up, agree the second wasn't that good mostly strange. But I do think the main reason the story s----d (to an extent) is because it didn't end, in any way. With a season 3, the story explained and some closure at the end I think it could have been great. Now we were left with a cliffhanger and no clue lol. Exact same with Bienvenidos a Eden btw. So lame
May 4, 2024 Dark is a 10/10 tbh Yes it was confusing but it all made sense in the end (well, sort of lol) and it has a beautiful ending with real closure imo.
May 4, 2024 Man I f---ing hate this as well. TV shows in general are my thing - I can't watch TV for hours. But the Netflix cancel culture is f---ing stupid. I've got to the stage now where I don't start watching a new show unless it has 3+ seasons. And I don't start watching NEW shows unless it's the talk of the town. Basically f--- Netflix.
May 5, 2024 When I start watching now I always go look for spoiler free reviews.. if a show is canceled it mostly is mentioned right away and I can skip it. But sometimes a show looks so dope and I just go watch it anyway, ending up dissappointed lol
