Feb 28, 2026 @jankland @Ripper Roo honestly you two are the people I thought of when I posted the thread lol. Smiling friends seems to resonate with our age range really well. It is sad that it’s ending early but it’s better than getting a season 4 they didn’t wanna make I suppose. I honestly thought we’d get to Season 5 before they called it quits thouugh
Feb 28, 2026 In all seriousness, I understand their decision. It just sucks because I could’ve sworn I read an article months ago saying they were still considering making more seasons. I think they were actually renewed for seasons 4 and 5. But I understand they’d rather not drag the show on so long that it starts to lose quality. They ended on a high note with season 3, it had some of my favorite episodes of the show like the one with the naked mole rat covering his penis. Selfishly though I wish we could get 1 more season. At least we get 2 unreleased episodes on April 12
