May 11, 2026 at 7:57 AM That’s just a silly thing to say. Dre has never stolen anything from Scott Storch. Nor has he ever needed too.
May 11, 2026 at 8:50 AM Lol dre got a long history of stealing other people's beats. Shocking when u think about it.
May 11, 2026 at 9:17 AM Mel-man was the main "co-producer" on 2001 lol, along with Scott Storch and live musicians The most Dre did was probably telling them what to do and maybe added some drums lol
May 11, 2026 at 10:47 AM One of his most slept on modern verses (Head Honcho too). Should have had an album full of those flows / energy instead of what we got. Em's replay value since 2010 suuuucks in general, which is probably his biggest issue imo.
May 11, 2026 at 10:58 AM Lol you’re f---ing stupid if you think Dre was trying to take credit for things he didn’t do regarding 2001. He was literally the mastermind behind the whole album. Nobody with any sort of musical intelligence actually thinks Dre sat down and made those beats with all those instruments. It’s literally common knowledge that he used live musicians. That doesn’t mean he didn’t still produce the whole thing. Go look at Storch, Mel Man or Elizondos solo work and tell me it hits the same as anything they’ve done with Dre. Yeah Storch had his own career of being a producer but his own drum patterns and sounds were levels behind what Dre was doing. Go listen to any Scott Storch solo beat and compare it to anything he did with Dre and you can clearly see the difference. Dre didn’t steal anything. Everyone who played on 2001 is credited for their roles properly. Not to mention he literally mixed the whole thing, and it’s regarded as one of the best sounding albums of all time sonically, even 30 years later it still sounds absolutely crisp. That’s all Dre. Batson, Storch, Elizondo, and others who’ve worked with him still talk about him and credit him as an amazing producer to this day. If he was stealing anything I’m pretty sure they’d have a lot different to say.
May 11, 2026 at 11:11 AM Then explain why his beats and mixing have been subpar since he worked with those people Look at Drakes career, ever since we found out about his ghostwriter, Quentin or something? His music has been dogshit
May 11, 2026 at 11:21 AM Drake started to phone it in after 2019 I say. Yall remember that Tootsie roll song?! Lmfao Bro really tried to sample bad and sounded like a dying frog with Autotune.
May 11, 2026 at 11:22 AM Speaking of the King of Pop. Can’t wait for @albumdrill to say this ain’t impressive at all again
May 11, 2026 at 11:22 AM Yeah his verse on Tobey is nice. Wish Head Honcho was a solo song without that other guy
May 11, 2026 at 11:32 AM I kinda wish Tobey had shady records artist on a remix kinda like the fuel shady remix version on the mourners addition. Ez mil excluded of course.
May 11, 2026 at 11:36 AM BREAKING NEWS: The biggest artist in history is moving up charts after a biopic is released about them. More on this "impressive" feat at 11.
May 11, 2026 at 11:45 AM Eminem gave him a masterpiece. A timeless classic. And it's not like Dre just gave him the beats and then went missing and came back with Eminem having finished the album. If Dre thought it's bad he could have said something during the process. The thing is, Dre loved it. EZ Mill is so annoying. First that overly long foreign language bit. I don't want to listen to that. Then the fake anger in his voice. There's no emotion behind that play-pretend aggression. It's just annoying. He has the audacity to sound so tough with that chess wordplay that's so forced.
May 11, 2026 at 11:45 AM What’s more impressive Doc? The legacy or the leg I chopped How can I stand for this blasphemy When you look past the Feat?! The Beatles ain’t have this kinda heat Elvis pissing from beyond the toilet seat Nobody can take away what MJ did for me Touch me in a way you’ll never see And that’s not a conspiracy, Everybody wanted to be like Micheal before 93 So yeah he moving on up like Jeffery And the ink press thinks I mean Epstein Get your head out the gutter please And head to your nearest AMC And f--- Gen Z Literally (I’m just playing Gen Z you know I love you)
May 11, 2026 at 12:15 PM As soon as EZ Mil signed to Eminem, I was like...watch this kids career die now like Jon Connor, stat quo, bishop Lamont etc. I guarantee if EZ Mill didn't sign he would be popping off alot more
May 11, 2026 at 12:19 PM God, Jon Connor haven't heard that name in a few years. What a flop he turned out to be.
