He spent two years making what was supposed to be the most important album of his career, only to release what feels like a compilation of mixtape-tier diss tracks packed with subliminals at everyone who came at him, plus videos of him posing with lots (and lots) of guns. Really?

Drake emphasizing visuals of himself posing with 100 guns and Kendrick emphasizing visuals of himself playing hopscotch couldn’t be a better metaphor for the beef…

Only listens to ice man in full, and skimmed the others..pretty mid.

Drake tried to drop his most personal and introspective album, but his personality sucks and he doesn't have any interesting world beliefs.

The sneak dissing is exhausting, sending subliminals at rappers but name dropping podcasters and basket ball players, bro come on. He definitely has a victim complex.

Looks like Drake followed my advice. I’m the last person anyone expected to say this, but all 3 albums are fire. I didn’t expect this at all since I thought $ome $exy $ongs 4 U was absolute trash (funnily enough the worst song here is when PartyNextDoor shows up again lmao). I’ve been hating Drake for the past few years but there were only 4 songs I disliked out of all 3 of these albums (White Bone, Fortworth, Prioritizing, Make Them Remember).

Cheetah Print is a hit

True Bestie is a hit

Stuck is a hit

Ran To Atlanta is a hit

Shabang is a hit

2 Hard 4 The Radio is a hit

MAID OF HONOUR is for the hits, HABIBTI is the R&B, ICEMAN is the rap. HABIBTI is easily the worst album here, those last 3 songs are boring as f--- and exactly what I hate from Drake at this point. Other than that I still like that album. If I had to rank them right now it goes ICEMAN > MAID OF HONOUR > HABIBTI although the first two could switch places depending on how I feel that day.

It’s nice to hear Drake putting some d--- bass in his f---in voice and talking some s--- on ICEMAN especially on songs like Dust, Whisper My Name, Janice STFU, etc. Whisper My Name gotta be one of the best rap performances I’ve heard from Drake in years.

The best case scenario would probably be combining the best songs from maid of honor and iceman. The other album is cool but the weakest here

He definitely showed off his versatility here. It’s 3 different sides of Drake and there’s even versatility within those different sides

Definitely. This feels like an actual important moment in his discography whereas the last few albums are almost throwaways in comparison.
