May 17, 2026 at 5:17 PM I had a Captain America 5 pitch being a return To Spy action thrillers. Brave new world just didn’t capitalize on that concept. I would make an Ocean 11/ Mission impossible style Marvel movie with the Mkrann Crystal being the gem everyone in the film is after. Since it’s set during the mutant saga and directly tied to how Juggernaut gets his powers. Having Sam, Steve, Bucky, Yelena, Wolverine, Mystique, and all the Super soldier Spy level black widow type characters on an international chase for the Crystal. A mini Avengers level movie similar to Civil war. Having avengers characters & X-Men spy level characters going after it. and have a 3rd act with Shiar empire invading to take it from them, so the avengers and X-men there have to fend off them. This way you get street, avenger, and even some cosmic elements in a mission impossible setting Captain America Movie. Who has the right to own a cosmic powered artifact? The U.S. goverment, Mutants, Shiar empire. That way you keep the political aspect of the film. It will be like oceans 11 because Cap chooses several avengers with the specialties and skill sets to take on this retrieval mission.
