Spider-Man, Avengers, X-Men, Black Panther 3 are the next films for a reason. They want box office headlines and revenue to fuel the theme parks and sustain the franchise following the experiment of Disney+ & the multiverse saga. And I don’t blame them. We are gonna go back to 2 movies a year and mostly A list named characters as leads of thier projects. Disney+ is where the less popular characters will stay during the mutant saga. idk why yall expecting a daredevil or punisher movie when those would flop worse then the marvels if they have a $200M budget. And yall think im joking. There have been 2 daredevil movies and 2 punisher movies, yall probably don’t remember because they flopped. And they had huge production cost and directors, plenty of action an even a A lister in Ben Affleck as the star and still failed. Will Charlie cox daredevil make more money, yeah but not much more. Those movies made less then $200M, less then the marvels. Granted they had half the budget so they weren’t bombs, they weren’t exactly hits either. And Elktra actually was a bomb that nearly ended Jenifer garners career. These movies wouldn’t be big in the modern landscape, even if they are rated r. Daredevil and punisher films wouldn’t makes $500M without heavy MCU characters crossovers. Just being real

May 26, 2026 at 2:10 AM They did. Fantastic 4 first steps is the top grossing F4 movie ever, and it made a profit. Thunderbolts underperformed, as did Cap 4. However, they re-coupled millions to be offset by Disney+ and incendiary markets on digital. I said they did great as they brought marvel critic scores and audience ratings back up from the abysmal performance they had prior to thunderbolts. Disney can afford to lose $50M, when they have an avengers movie that will make $500M opening weekend lol
May 26, 2026 at 2:22 AM Putting 5 Disney+ super soldiers, a black Captain America and Fantastic 4… the most vanilla superhero team of all time back to back in the span of a few months with no set up, years since we last seen literally anything of them and trying to introduce doom during the most fractured stated of the MCU….Its pretty obvious they were rushing to doomsday. Duh, given all that they still made enjoyable films. Thunderbolts actually gave us a glimpse of the new character dynamics we could have had if marvel actually formed an avengers team earlier this saga instead of waiting literally 5 years to do anything. Sam waiting half a decade to do anything and he is Captain America. The Fantastic four finally in the MCU and they don’t have a single crossover with the MCU in the film. it’s the connection that build the MCU that’s been missing. Not bad movies marsh. If they actually just had the characters interact for once we wouldn’t be in half the mess we are in. The Marvels actually did that right. It’s why daredevil season 2 is good. Matt and Karen actually talk to each other. Jessica jones is back. It’s those team up moments that make this universe better then others hello?! Did yall forget this is the reason why this was the first $1B marvel movie?! It’s not because of Ironman. Not Thor. Not hulk. Not cap. Not Hawkeye. Not black widow. It’s the first time a team assembled from various other comic book films into one. That’s literally the point. It’s why doomsday is about to break cinema again.

And it was supposed to me more trippy space adventure of the marvels powers going haywire and they transport everytime they use thier powers. They kept part of that idea, but instead of them fighting silver surfer they chose that random woman stealing the bangles. I know Nia’s version would have been better and more space adventure like

Him detecting Kamala’s bangles on earth, and chasing her would have made a better movie. wtf?! then have Carol as her body guard and Monica as the genuis in the room decoding what the artifice really is. Then after their fight/chase leads them to space they uncover that the existence of this artifact is eroding the boundaries of space time, thus causing an incursion. As it doesn’t belong in this timeline Have the TVA as the sub-plot of the movie hiring that something or someone is coming all the cosmic disturbance brings about galactus for the 3rd act fight with the marvels & Silver teaming up to knock him into another universe with the bangles, which could have been the start of Fantastic 4 first steps as Reed detects bangles landing on his earth boom and that’s how you set up them as the post credit scene. Marvel use to structure movies like this. Would have been entertaining Marvels focus movie but set up F4 and had the TVA involved and been multiversal impacting
