    No just dc.
And this still doesn’t explain why you new midgets don’t have pop culture. Everything new Hollywood tries flops and fails. This why we keep going back to sequels and nostalgia baiting the 80’s and 90’s when we actually had events and pop culture phenomena. IPs are running entertainment now more then ever.

But things are slowly starting to change. Devil wears Prada 2 just made more than any DC or Marvel movie in the last year and a half. Even then that’s still a sequel. Disney. WB. Universal. All just dropping more Sequels cuz they know that what works. Toy Story 5, Dune 3, Mario 2, Shrek 5, Avengers 5 & 6, More pointless Star Wars movies…. You see the problem?
I get avengers and Star Wars since they are the biggest franchises ever and generate 10’s of billions for the studios. But every thing becoming a sequel or spin off is what ruin streaming and cinema. Like who tf wants housemaids 2? Other then marsh

You are also forgetting about America’s woke era whcih is the reason companies like Disney/Pixar went back to sequels, they couldn’t keep losing millions.

Makes zero sense since Disney was making sequels during and before the pandemic.

+ a dozen of new flops. That’s why they stick to sequels now.

Just finished up on binging the whole series of Six Feet Under. All ready up there as one of the best ever series I’ve watched. The concept and profound look at life and death, gave me a whole new outlook and perspective on it all which is what a great series will do.

Hard agree, it's so incredible and fun and heart breaking and original.

Every character is unique. The story lines are excellent. It was never predictable, and the actors totally nailed their roles. Even Michael C. Hall's Dexter (another favorite) is forever colored by David in my mind in some strange but fabulous way. This series made me a big fan. And the finale is hands down the best I've ever seen.

    A truly great show.

I'm rewatching Lucifer again (for the 3rd time)

Absolutely love it except for that very lame plot hole in season 6. So lazy. But I can binge this show for days
