Jun 3, 2026 at 9:12 AM I really enjoyed Smile 2, it isnt as good as the first but its still a good film.
Jun 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM 1 was interesting cause you want to know what’s going on. 2 was just a movie about anxiety and the importance of staying hydrated
Jun 3, 2026 at 2:04 PM Lmao the drinking was dumb yeah. I loved it just not the ending because it was literally the same (the idea) as the first that was lame I agree.
Jun 3, 2026 at 2:05 PM I'm curious what horrors he does like. @Justin Trudeau a while back you said you liked last house on the left after I gave it a 2/10 iirc?
Jun 3, 2026 at 5:28 PM I just find that most horror movies are f---ing dogshit. Some horror movies I truly like are The shining Misery Thanksgiving Saw Joy Ride (not really horror but slasher kinda sorta) Speak No Evil Some of the Scream Movies The Exorcism of Emily Rose 28 Days Later Halloween- Rob Zomie ones not the dogshit new ones Terrifier (not great but entertaining movies) Last House on the left (2/10, come on, its like a 5 or 6) Longlegs Talk To Me Get Out 1408 Texas Chainsaw 2003 Sixth Sense Frailty Lee Cronins The Mummy (s--- was dumb but wild)
Jun 3, 2026 at 8:10 PM did a backrooms-obsession double feature (first time seeing horror in the theater actually, which is crazy) Backrooms- loved the atmosphere and the first two acts. A but mixed on the third but a certain surprise (not spoiling, but if you’ve seen it, you know what i mean) was pretty neat Obsession- Pretty good time, surprisingly funny in some parts. I hated that fat f---er Ian tho Hyped for Clayface later in the year
Jun 4, 2026 at 12:54 AM I think people over hype movies then when I see them im like okay wtf is so good about this Obsession is a good example, its pretty stupid execution if you ask me. The idea of the movie is cool, and its sorta entertaining. But to call that movie scary is laughable. Whats your all time favorite movie non horror included? Mine is American Beauty
Jun 4, 2026 at 1:07 AM Let’s be brutally honest here: absolute mediocrity has become the norm these days, so much so that the minute the people get something that’s even slightly above average they treat it like the greatest thing ever. I haven’t seen the movies you’re talking about yet, this is just an observation.
