I personally didn't like it as much but the latest one (Evil Dead Rise) from 2 years ago was awesome! Also very excited for the new one

I LOVE that d--- doll, I wish they could keep it going. Did you see that the actual Annabelle doll went on tour recently? If it had been close enough I might have wanted to see it... or I might have chickened out
Jul 14, 2026 at 3:04 PM Honestly think all the Conjuring movies are great (except the devil made me so it which was ok) but the second >>> Really scary. First too. Last one was a nice ending for Lorraine and Ed. The other characters (crooked man, the nun) were also dope even if the nun movies were kind of a let down unlike Annabelle. Thats dope! I wanted to buy a doll years ago for Halloween but changed my mind, kinda pointless the rest of the year lol

The guy who took the real Annabelle doll on tour was part of some paranormal society I think that the Warrens belonged to... he DIED in a hotel room following the tour. Said the doll wasn't there with him, but the guy was 54. "Natural causes," apparently

Jul 14, 2026 at 4:21 PM Definitely bro. It’s easy to imagine it happening to you because the movie does such a great job immersing you. When I was a kid I used to watch creepy videos of hidden messages in reversed songs so this one hit for me. And then when she starts hearing that loud stomping in her house… it almost made me think there was loud stomping in my house too. And then that whole sequence at the end really hit, it almost made me feel like I did when I had a really bad trip.

And yeah those illuminati videos are funny as h--- sometimes, I used to watch a lot of those as a kid too. Don’t even get me started on the “EMINEM WAS CLONED 100% PROOF” videos

I heard the movie was marketed as “the scariest movie you’ll ever hear” which probably raised expectations for a lot of people and some ended up being disappointed. It doesn’t usually work out when a movie is marketed as “the scariest movie ever” and s--- like that. However it is definitely a good movie. I’ve been watching some deep dives on the movie on YouTube. Honestly I wanna watch the movie again and it’s rare that a movie makes me wanna do that. And then I get to watch Obsession on Peacock on the 17th! This is gonna be great. I loved the drawings on the walls as well. That’s another thing the movie does well. It blurs the line between psychosis and demonic possession
