Jul 18, 2026 at 2:42 AM Where’s the EZ MILShady Records album? Realest was released >3 years ago. Is EZ MIL another Stat Quo? Another Ca$his? What’s going on?
Jul 18, 2026 at 4:43 AM People will say YG wins but Game has a way better discography. Just Documentary and Doc’s Advocate >>>> YG.
Jul 18, 2026 at 4:44 AM He’s getting dropped, no one wants this, they just want the song with Em. This is a bad look for Em and Dre. Needs to be dropped asap.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:05 AM Guess who's back. My plan did diddly. Yes, definitely indicative of something. At first I thought he has a problem with lowercase 'a', but then he uses it in a few places. Though the way he writes it is cumbersome so I'd avoid it too. He also can't write lowercase 'd' which should be similar to 'a' only longer. But then he has no problem writing lowercase 'b' which is just a 'd' flipped. Sometimes in writing this would happen to me too but I would be annoyed at myself. He kept it going the whole list. But what is this list? If Relapse is I'm Having a Relapse, it makes no sense after Underground. and what is 'here we go again'? Untitled from Recovery? Cannot be.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:11 AM What did I miss in the meantime? I see Eminem is covering more of his face by wearing sunglasses at night on stage. I thought he would wise up and just be normal on stage. He is 54. Enough with the mysterious presence bs, nobody cares. Only thing you see of him on stage is cheeks. Other than that...looks like he's been inactive.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:28 AM Yeah, he also switches between the lower case and capital “E” too. Is it purely due to his lack of formal education as a child? You’d think he’d have learnt by now. I started writing in all caps all the time around my mid 20s because I did a lot of work in construction and you’re constantly filling out forms and writing your name address etc… I’m gonna have to go back and read the lyric sheets from The Way I Am book to see if this has always been a thing for him. “Here We Go again” is highly likely to be “Oh No”. I also don’t think it’s certain that the list is in correct order of a track list. Could just be a bunch of tracks he had for consideration at that point. Although didn’t he say that “Hello” was one of the first songs recorded for Relapse? Strange it doesn’t appear. I could be getting that mixed up with My Mom though.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:29 AM Also, you just magically reappear the day after I mention you Spatch? Hmm. You’ve been here the whole time haven’t you. You ain’t fooling anyone. No wonder it didn’t work if you weren’t willing to fully commit.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:32 AM yesterday I opened up the page but wasn't logged in so I happened to see your post among the most recent posts and I realized it's time. Other than that I may have quickly checked it 2-3 times during this period, like open the very last page. Maybe it's because I wasn't fully committed still. Should I try again?
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:34 AM h--- no. I’d sacrifice the chance of a new s-----y Eminem album just to have your presence here in these dark times. The active posters we currently have in here are the biggest shower of s--- to ever touch a message board. It’s all been kicking off in OT. Have a look and get involved. But don’t leave again.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:42 AM He said both Hello and My Mom were one of the first ones recorded. He also mentioned that is the reason they are heavy on the accents because earlier songs were heavier, but My Mom does not really have an accent except in the chorus. And the mom's voice has an accent, but that's a different thing.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:50 AM I hate how he tries excusing the s-----y-ness of Relapse by claiming “I didn’t even realise I was doing the accents!”. Hes such a billy bullshitter. He knew exactly what he was doing. Only a couple months before he was doing “Detroit Basketball” and “Nut Up” in his normal accent. Plus he recorded the third verse of Beautiful in his normal accent. He obviously was set on creating the “serial killer” image and invented the accent purposely to go with that image.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:53 AM I agree that he was making up an excuse, but strongly disagree about Relapse being s-----y. Eminem is not worthy of having Relapse under his name. He doesn't get to be ashamed of Relapse.
Jul 18, 2026 at 8:57 AM What an un-artist thing to do. He waited for reaction to Relapse and then disowned it when it wasn't received well. If it went well, he would have embraced it. Then he couldn't do the same thing again with Revival so he stuck to defending Revival in the way he should have defended Relapse. And it's obvious he loved Relapse and couldn't care less about Revival. That's what you get for being a spineless liar.
Jul 18, 2026 at 9:05 AM The fact he secretly enjoyed Relapse and tried to defend Revival just shows me how s-----y of a judgment (plus putting out 99% of the stuff out that he has from 08-onwards) he really has over his own music. Relapse is soulless, superficial, corny, and almost unbearable to listen to at times. The only redeeming quality is the production. And the mixing too if you’re into that stuff. It’s the sound of a lost, broken man who didn’t know how to be cool or make cool music anymore. It’s a shame because the concept had great potential. (And I mean the “I’ve had a terrible drug addiction but this is how I got through it” story not the serial killer stuff). Then Recovery was even worse. Just terrible, terrible music.
Jul 18, 2026 at 9:28 AM Relapse is not soulless at all. He enjoyed making it. I think Relapse is what Eminem wants to do when you leave him on his own. It's quite the opposite of superficial because it's niche. One of the unreleased songs starts off with "til I was eleven I bet wetted". He just combined his sense of humor with rhymes and flows. Best of Eminem. I'm still catching some rhymes today and enjoying the whole wacky atmosphere. Relapse should have been a series of sort of underground albums that he releases on the side for niche community. Too bad that era cannot be recaptured and it could have lasted longer.
Jul 18, 2026 at 9:31 AM Recovery was Trying to capture the battle rap of it all. That’s why the album opens with cold wind blows. Those are battle rap delivery lines. Whole album is. 25 to life, almost famous, ect.
Jul 18, 2026 at 9:51 AM He says My Mom was one of the first songs along with Must Be The Ganja but 3AM is what really set things in motion so those are very early recordings. Apparently I'm Having A Relapse and Taking My Ball would have been the bonus tracks. I personally think Taking My Ball would have been a great way to end it just because of who he was at the time. It's so Eminem. The Relapse version of Antichrist was also considered as a bonus track before we got My Darling and Careful. I think there's probably a ton of tracklists that got considered along the way. The interesting thing to me about it is from the get go he seemed to want 2 bonus tracks so he really did believe in this material. I don't know how I'm Sorry would have been received if it had been released. Not Afraid just seems perfect as a way of explaining who he was at the time and creating a motivational song. Cinderella Man is also a motivational song but I'm not sure how that would have fared either. I think with the first few songs he may not have realised he was doing them but from 3AM on it was deliberate and i think the serial killer concept is great.i think with Revival something happened politically. You don't record songs like Walk On Water and Arose and then bring old recordings like Castle and In Your Head without there being a reason. Bad Husband is personal too and i think in there is a much bigger project that got cut down and padded out with songs to please every fan. The unfortunate thing is neither Eminem or Paul Rosenberg will come out and say that. They won't say that they did try and release Relapse 2 but maybe the label said no. They won't say that they wouldn't even release Relapse 1 without a better lead single. Back then Eminem still answered to Interscope. He couldn't just release what he wanted and the problem with that is you're telling the fanbase that everything is on his watch and that means he's had to defend everything. You can't blame the leaks on Encore. You can't just blame the accents on Relapse and those albums were literally back to back. He can't keep releasing albums and then shunning them. He's had to keep defending everything since then. We know he kept pitching Relapse 2 well into 2009. We know tracklists were made. He put what he deemed the best on Refill but if he had just put the full thing on there it would have fulfilled what he said he was going to do. We got 7 songs and much like Crack a Bottle I'm sure he would have kept Forever on there but that could easily have been 15 tracks and a few skits just to make sure they don't look bad. The plan was 2 albums in 2009. They should have stuck to it.
