Supersonic has a point that it's in principle no different from the act of sucking oneself off. But Marsh is right that in practice there's a huge difference, since in the first place I'd imagine most dudes would have to put in months if not years of brutal yoga training to become flexible enough to s--- their own d-ck. What would make someone go to such extreme lengths, literally, to simulate the experience of giving/getting a blo-jo-? Perhaps unhealthy closetedness, but not necessarily. Could also be desperation.
