Jul 2, 2015 Right now, after reddit employee Victoria Taylor aka /u/chooter was surprisingly let go, many subreddits in the site are going private in protest of her firing and is the final straw for many popular subreddits who believe they aren't getting enough admin support, where Taylor was one of the exceptions. For those who don't know, Taylor was mostly responsible for helping the subreddit /r/IAMA, where people can come in and do Q&A's with fans and members of the site. Whether it'd be making sure celebs/etc. knew about how the AMA would work, to transcribing answers from people who hosted AMAs, she was an extremely important member to the site who mostly everyone liked.
