Dec 8, 2017 1st PREDICTION: REVIVAL will be Eminem’s worst album and here’s why… Eminem should be thanking Trump for reviving his career. For the last 4 years we haven’t heard s--- from Eminem and now he is back with a new look, feel, subject matter and tone… ALL driven by Trump. No one denies that Eminem has had a hard time trying to find things to rap about. I honestly was expecting a Not Afraid 2 type song but now I know exactly what subject matter Em is going to tackle – it will be his most political album he’s ever released. After living the second half of his life in the basement, it’s hard to find things to rap about but Em has found the perfect cop-out – politics. Trump is an easy target so Em is going to ‘take a stand’ and dedicate this album to dismantle Trump. The album’s art cover and ‘untouchable’ single all point heavily in this direction. And because he is going after Trump he might as well address everything else that is wrong with America. All that subject matter will be flowing right through his brain as untapped material to rap about. But THIS will be why REVIVAL will be his worst album. It will be filled with forced and insincere political raps about America, Trump, racism, police, inequality etc. It’s the perfect way for Em to claim a ‘classic’ album. Even though the songs will be s---.. (black boy black boy) but the left will hold up the album as a jewel in the resistance against Trump. Eminem no longer needs to pull from the heart, craft beautiful melodies, or perfect the most fitting lyrics. Any song about Trump or inequality will be looked at in a new lens as an immediate classic simply because of ‘how brave he is going against Trump.’ The result will be an incredibly lazy and disingenuous album. As everyone knows Em isn’t staying up late at night studying the deep history of America’s systematic racial inequalities. Put Em in a debate with any half-witted nut from the right and it will easily be a blow out. Em never gave a f--- about this subject matter until he ran out of things to rap about. 2nd PREDICTION: REVIVAL will be Eminem’s worst selling album: Alienating half of the country was an odd move for Eminem during the Trump freestyle but he’s done it before with Bush. Except the fact that EVERYONE agrees now that the Iraq war was a mistake. But Trump has unique support that is unmovable and his base is incredibly passionate. Now eliminate all those sales for Revival. MOST of Eminem’s fans are also fans of Trump. When Eminem called out his fans for supporting Trump, he called out his OWN base. Trump is the Eminem of the political world. He’s the guy that doesn’t give a f---, says whatever he wants, is politically incorrect and both have large white male followings. One who raps about raping women, killing women (especially in this age of sexual misconduct), uses homophobic slurs and offensive language will be cast out by the left who claim to be politically correct. In the end, Eminem f---s himself with this latest release and alienates EVERYONE.

Dec 8, 2017 Yes, i think this is gonna be eminem worst album. As a Argentinian i dont give a s--- about what he is saying in the new song or the trump freestyle. Yes, i read about politic and i have interest in what happen in the world but i dont want listen music of that topic. i was really happy when i saw revival is gonna be a drug themed album then he change the concept to a political album. Im very dissapointed.

Dec 8, 2017 I liked a lot of MMLP2 but the subject matter was well worn and had grown tiresome by the time that album came out. This will not be his worst album and it will be far from his worst album. It might the album that sells the least but honestly who gives a f--- about sales. There are so many people on here so f---ing obsessed about album sales like they have a vested interest in the record company. He told half his fan base to f--- off and don’t buy his s--- in October lol, he clearly doesn’t care how this sells but he cares about the message that the album will bring. I’m 32, I don’t want to hear a 45 year old Eminem rap about drugs or how he’s clean or how much he hates women still. I want him to be creative and get motivated. Both of those things have clearly happened. I’m happy he’s looking outward again and talking about issues that affect millions of people. I don’t care if it’s been said or done before, this message needs to be spread and beaten into peoples lives until these problems are solved. OP do you honestly think people on the left aren’t aware of his prior work? That they’ll wake up tomorrow and freak out because Eminem hates trump? That’s ridiculous. As far as I’m aware he’s never r---d or killed anyone, meanwhile trump is endorsing a child molester lol. I hope Eminem keeps this tone for the rest of his career. Not making political albums per say , but make mature records. Stay away from the slurs and the women hate and make creative music that doesn’t focus on himself or his life.
Dec 8, 2017 Honestly thought Untouchable was a step in the right direction for him in terms of production and delivery. The features really worry me, and I think he had a great message and lyrics on WOW, it was just delivered horribly and is a hard listen unless you’re just trying to hear what words he’s saying.

Plus you act like eminem is only caring about these things for attention, the dude grew up amongst majorily african americans in impoverished situations. Im pretty sure he genuinely cares. And most Eminem fans are not fans of trump. Im 100% sure thats incorrect, considering most of his album sales are international. The only thing you may be right on is it being his worst selling, but we will see.

Dec 8, 2017 Your point is completely valid. But I'm not too sure the whole album will be political, though one can say that, given the cover. But at the end of the day, I feel he's smart enough to know when too much of something is a horrible thing. The song isn't trash by any means, it covers a real topic and has real bars, a dope cheech and chong sample and a good instrumental. Buuuuuuuut at the same time, the political s--- doesn't make bangers, or music you wanna repeat over and over. So to be honest, this album will be better than you expect, but not a classic..
