Am I the only person that enjoys watching Skip Bayless? He comes up with arguments for points that should never exist and he argues them pretty well.

I rather listen to Skip Bayless babble his nonsense than listen to Stephen A Smith act like a "know it all" when he's blatantly ignorant and biased.

Like most people on ESPN (there are some good analysts but not even close compared to other networks/sites) they both speak in generalities and hyperboles because they don't actually know the sports that well, and because they're entertainers over analysts. Watch other channels if you want to hear good analysis that's actually relevant, watch ESPN if you want heaping generalizations like "IS LEBRON CLUTCH???" as Mark Cuban said.

It's always gonna be s--- like "LeBron felt the pressure and buckled" rather than "the Cavs didn't execute this play correctly" or "the defense used this to force LeBron out of the shot they were looking for" because they just create headlines with big stories rather than actually breaking things down.

The worst with ESPN guys like Stephen A Smith though is that they care more about their "personal relationships" with players than they do having an objective opinion in so many cases.

Stephen A Smith ripped Floyd Chicken Mayweather repeatedly when they were already friends. I do not agree that he cares more about personal relationships. I will agree that he likes to name drop.

Personally, I enjoy First Take but PTI is by far the best show on ESPN with Sports Reporters being a close 2nd but it's only on once per week.

I do agree that some of the specific networks do a better job with analysis but I think it comes down to each individual person. I can listen to Harold Reynolds dissect baseball for hours. I enjoy Ray Lewis talking defense. Those two are off the top of my head and I'm sure there are others.

Yea he gets riled up and rants about his friends sometimes but it's all an entertainer crying for attention so i don't respect him for it

It definitely comes down to the analyst but in general ESPN just has s-----y topics and talking points so they're trapped. Plenty of ex-nfl players on there are s-----y analysts and it's not like they're ignorant about the game. I do actually like Ray Lewis talking defense, I like Keyshawn too tbh. I don't like Wilbon but PTI is decent depending who the hosts are. I much prefer Around the Horn.

Yeah I agree with some of the s--- yall said. But Espn does break s--- down sometimes. Doesn't happen often but they do. Like gruden breaks s--- down although ppl can clown him. Pti and around the horn are best shows that come out. I love that Pti follows ath. But back to first-take it's funny as h--- when sas talks s--- to skip you can't tell me it's not entertaining
