Jan 29, 2015 UPDATE: Suge Knight Charged with Murder 2/2/2015 3:18 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF Exclusive Details Suge Knight has just been charged with murder in the death of his friend, and sources say a videotape will be a key piece of evidence. The L.A. County D.A. just filed the charges in connection with the death of Terry Carter ... who was killed Thursday after Suge ran him over in Compton. Suge ran over an adversary -- Cle "Bone" Sloan -- and Carter was accidentally struck and killed. In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted premeditated murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury -- all felonies. As we previously reported, deputies obtained a video of the incident. Law enforcement sources say the video captures "a portion" of what went down, but authorities tell us it significantly strengthens the case against Suge. Suge's bail was revoked Monday ... the bail commissioner decided he's a flight risk and might intimidate witnesses. If convicted, Suge faces life. Multiple witnesses tell us some kind of s---t -- possibly for a movie or documentary -- was going down with Game, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre when Suge pulled up in his car. We're told a fight broke out between Suge and 2 crew members. Suge got back into his car, took the wheel and threw the vehicle in reverse ... and ran over a bystander. It's unclear at this point if the victim was connected to the film project. Sources connected with Suge tell TMZ ... the 2 men who fought Suge were the instigators. Our sources say Suge was scared because he's in frail health -- in addition to being shot 6 times last summer, he recently almost died from a blood clot. Sources tell TMZ ... the victim is Terry Carter, who we're told is a friend of Suge's. Another man was also hit ... Cle "Bone" Sloane -- who's appeared in "Training Day" and "End of Watch" -- suffered non-life threatening injuries. Jan 30, 2015 Suge showing up to the NWA biopic probably meant he was going to try & stop Dre from telling his side of how he met Suge because that will be implemented in it. I don't think Suge wants to see Dre's film interpretation of him at all lmao
