Well, just give the whole Revival a spin with my beats studio and realized how clear Remind Me sounded. I don't know how to really explain it but the voice of Em was perfectly layed on beat, volumes were just as they should have been... I'm not sayin' other songs were mixed bad but sometimes Em's voice volume changes like very little from song to song. Heat was also mixed by Dre and it sounded perfect. I realized Em's vocal volume is up like a dB or smh... Whatever Em always says how Dre is so good at mixing and no matter how hard he tries or s--- npobody can reach the quality of Dre. I guess it might be true.

I agree with Remind Me completely his voice stands out a lot over the beat don’t think I can say the same about Heat since I haven’t heard it since first listen. This albums volume was really low in general though I had to turn up the song in iTunes.

I heard some others sayin' the same but on Apple Music I never actually had to turn the volume up or anything every album sounds same. Biggie's Ready To Die, Montana's Jungle Rules etc..

Yeah I listen to it on Apple Music and I still had to turn it up. What’s weird in the walk on water single version was perfect volume didn’t have to adjust it what so ever but on the album version it’s a lot lower.

That's so awkward. I mean it's literally different for both of us. Never witnessed the same problem on Apple Music myself...

Yeah I can hear that Remind Me and Heat are recorded with the same mic as most of the album, but sounds miles better than WoW, Believe, Untouchable etc. Dre makes Eminem a part of the songs, while on the other ones it sounds like an acapella on top of a beat. Eminems engineers s---

I'm at a loss as to how Dre managed to listen to those tracks long enough to finish mixing them.

Mixing on Compton was horrible though. Weird when you think about that Chronic 2001 was one of the best mixed rap albums of all time

An artist like Eminem should NEVER have a poorly mixed song. There’s just no excuse.

Are you serious? It was one of the crispiest albums i have ever heard in my life and that includes 2001. 2001 is still top notch but a bit muffled compared to Dre's later efforts.
