Feb 20, 2015 Hello, I would like to start a thread talking about what I think is the most underrated food, grilled cheese. There are so many factors that come into play when making one. What bread? What pan? Butter? Other fillings? And most importantly, what cheese? I most of the time keep of classic and use American Cheese with just plain wheat bread. I then throw it in a pan with some butter. Today I added pepperoni to the middle, as you can see here: I have also switched up a few times and used muenster with bacon in the middle. This is the fun part about grilled cheese sandwiches, not one is the same. I am frequently browsing http://www.reddit.com/r/grilledcheese/ and got the idea to make this thread. This thread is not only for pictures, but also for discussions, recipes, and the overall lifestyle of someone who enjoys these delicacies. Thank you and grill on!
Feb 20, 2015 I have not made a grilled cheese on an actual grill, has anyone here done that? Planning on doing that this summer.
Feb 20, 2015 Also, what type of music do you guys like to listen to while eating a grilled cheese? Today I kicked it old-school and played some NWA.
Feb 20, 2015 What is everyone's favorite cheese and bread combination? I like sourdough and muenster the best.

Feb 20, 2015 I use those when I'm in a hurry. I used to have 2 but I accidently broke one by forgetting it was an electrical appliance and washing it.
Feb 20, 2015 I actually plan on listening to my most anticipated releases this year (Kendrick, Rocky, Cudi, Kanye) for the first time while eating a grilled cheese. I'll change the type of cheese each time so if I eat that type of sandwich again I'll remember the experience.
