The iTunes version has another Corey's at the end but the CD version ends with the 3rd verse, why is that?

just to save time on the disc.

that's why the ken kaniff skit is at the end of "Evil Twin" on vinyl (i think?) but on Wicked Ways for the discs

Yeah the vinyl version of MMLP2 has the Itunes version of a------ too I think and has Ken Kaniff at the end of Evil Twin. I don't know about the a------ track, they obviously put Ken Kaniff on there for a reason and IMO that is the REAL tracklist for the album and of course there was a Ken Kaniff skit on the original.

Obviously the version on vinyl is the same as the Itunes version and I wish I could remember the source but I did remember reading that the Itunes version was sourced from higher quality files and that this is the case for a lot of "Mastered for Itunes" albums now, even for older stuff, I've been on some pretty serious music forums in the past year and there's been talk of boxsets and CDs and Vinyls and remaster jobs and even the old veterans who are usually anti-digital had to say that when they compared a lot of reissues that Itunes version outperformed the CD and vinyl versions even though CD is digital just like the digital files. I think the last one I read was the recent Bon Jovi New Jersey album with all the demos, it seemed to be the consesus that even though the album and demos were completely remastered again, the Itunes version sounded far superior to the CD version and they couldn't understand why depsite M4A files being compressed and CD audio being completely lossless and SHOULD BE MUCH HIGHER QUALITY than any M4A or MP3 file.

I'm not saying that's the case for MMLP2, it's up to you what you think sounds better but clearly they made some changes for the Itunes/vinyl version and of course vinyl pressing plants are so backlogged at the moment that nearly every album that gets a vinyl release is around 8 weeks after the CD release which was the case for MMLP2 and maybe the Itunes version was sourced from higher quality files.
