I wrote a book!

    I wrote a novel for Kindle and published it on Amazon about a year ago. I'm unpublishing it at the end of the day today, but if anyone wants to buy it - it's free til the end of the day!

    It's called Adventures in Wendyland. It's about the time I worked at Wendy's when I was a teenager... you can read the description on Amazon. It's currently the #4 top seller in this specific genre for some reason:
    Kindle Store > Kindle eBooks > Literature & Fiction > Genre Fiction > Movie Tie-In



    It took me 2+ years of writing on my old Blackberry notes app and editing in Word before I finally published it, so hopefully if you download it you enjoy it. It's about 90% true. :)

    I've always wanted to write a book, but I've lacked the dedication

    Maybe I'll start working on it over the summer

    I'm unpublishing because I'm not really a writer, and even though I used a pen name, the book has some inappropriate stuff in it that wouldn't look good to future employers, etc. if it got traced back to me. I do intend to self-publish some hard copies someday, and who knows, maybe try to get it published for real.

    But I don't think the writing's that great, so idk if I should waste my time.

    What are the odds man, I've been wanting to write a book for ages, but the desire came back strong a.f this week. I'm not sure what I'd write it on. Props for seeing it through all the way man. I'll give it a DL later.

    You guys should both give it a shot, it was pretty fun. I had dozens of sticky notes, notes in my phone, etc. of any ideas I had and eventually it came together after a bunch of rewrites. Then I had 2 friends edit it, I edited it like 5 times, and eventually published it.

    But just a week ago I found a typo in the first chapter. :emoji_neutral_face::gun:

    Ive always wanted to write books. I have tons & tons of ideas. I write down all of my dreams & ive always planned to flesh them out into bigger ideas, i have a couple that are going to be made into music videos within the next year with a girl im going to be producing music for.

    I'm currently working on a Novel, I've only written 3 chapters.. and I've been working on it..for almost 2 years..lol Idk if it's writers block or laziness.

    This is awesome! I've always lacked the dedication for doing something of this stature so props on finishing a full-length book. I would have loved to write something thats a similar concept about my time at Wetzel's Pretzels, jesus christ that place was an adventure.
