Jun 5, 2015 I thought that Lloyd Banks song he was featuring on (where im at) sounded poorly mixed, the drums didnt sound great.
Jun 5, 2015 One song that is horribly mixed was love game it's a really good track but the production is bad. Production on ShadyXV was pretty decent no complaints on that. Phenomenal could've been mixed better but it's nowhere near as bad as this board is making it out to be.

Jun 5, 2015 I don't think anyone else comes close right now. It's frustrating because he's been on some good beats lately and the mixing makes the songs so hard to listen to.
Jun 5, 2015 I do wonder if it's gotten to the point where Em thinks he's capable enough to mix all of his own stuff (and TO SOME EXTENT he probably is), but nobody is brave enough to come in and say "Hey Em... I think we should tweak this, or change that"....
Jun 5, 2015 from recovery onwards most of the mixing has been terrible. Relapse mixing tho> analogue mixing s----s on all this new stuff. I think MMLP was all recorded/mixed on tape/analogue and it still sounds astounding to this day
Jun 5, 2015 Came to post this. Budden has had notoriously terrible mixing on his projects, Escape Route being the prime example. Although, to be fair, they were low budget independent mixtapes. Eminem has no excuse whatsoever.
