    I'm normally automatically on the side of the accuser, as I've had this s--- affect an ex girlfriend, who I loved a lot, and I don't believe hardly any women lie about this s---, and f--- rapists - big time.

    But...



    The fact a band she said she spoke to wasn't even there, provably... and her own father being like 'I don't remember this happening' @ picking her up, distressed; that's shady.

    If it was just her father not recalling then that’d be easy to look past, but recounting an intimate conversation with a band that verifiably wasn’t there makes me question things.

    I didn't realise how dodgy this particular lawyer is, and that a previous woman came out accusing his firm of tryna coerce her to making her claims of sexual assault (which she said were real, but nothing to do with Diddy) about Diddy.

    That just adds to this and makes it look like that's what they've done here, probably promised her money... I think this lawyer and his firm are just on some 'free pile on' mission with the Diddy sitch, probably thinking 'he's a POS anyway, let's all get some'.

    listened until 12:00 when he says, "you guys are just asking for mass incarceration of black artists"... unsure why he chose to take a personal stance -- and a racial one at that -- when up to that point it was just stating investigative facts. kinda lost me then.
