Jul 27, 2015 First off Windows Media Player gives this error when trying to play music: Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. I thought it was just the player so I went onto iTunes with no luck in playing music. I then discovered I have no sound on my laptop and have this icon: Pls help guys
Jul 27, 2015 Click it and check if there's any other devices you can use, it might be set to use something else than your speakers. Also check if you have appropriate drivers installed.

Jul 27, 2015 Everything seems up-to-date and there are no other devices I can use. The only thing I can think of is a recent laptop update that's somehow f----- things up like it did with my touch screen before. I'm scared it won;t work
Jul 27, 2015 Look, that might how you do things in Arabia but that's not how we do it in Europe and USA. Make sure your computer is trying to use the actual device
