Been getting them almost daily since I was 12...s--- sucks man. I get nauseous, disoriented, sensitive to light and sound, throw up. Can last from 10 minutes to 6 hours for me. Sometimes it's so bad I honestly think of killing myself. I would never do it but I rather be dead then deal with this anymore

I used to be the same way

I started avoiding caffeine, drinking more water, exercising more, etc. and they eventually faded away

been to a doctor about it?

I used to get headaches all the time, but never like the s--- you described. I'd get them behind my eye/eyebrow area for hours. Just a constant dull pain for hours. I think at one point in my life it was more common to have a headache than to not. Started seeing a chiropractor and the headaches started to fade. My major physical growth years (9-15) were pretty rough on my posture. I had dealt with adolescent depression and an anxiety disorder, and one of the things I habitually did was slouch. Really, really, badly. It got to the point where sitting up straight in a chair was painful to me. The stress in my back and the nerves in my shoulder were through the f---ing roof. Sorting my physical problems reduced the headaches, sorting my mental health issues cleared them pretty much entirely.

I still get the occasional/normal headache here and there though. Sinus headaches hit me bad really bad when I get a cold or anything that causes inflammation in my sinuses. They're the only type of headache I get that have actually made me cry tears of pain.

Bro my headahache was so bad today...lasted 5 hours I was screaming and literally rolling around in pain crying. My dad had really bad headaches when he was around my age too...I guess it's genetic. Just sucks because I can't do anything but lay down in a dark room for a couple of hours.

Ever considered using psilocybin? People have successfully been using magic mushrooms to treat cluster headaches. Anecdotal evidence shows how highly effective it is at treating chronic headache pain but there have been studies on it as well if you want to research it further.

I generally get them at work a lot, probably due to the amount of baja blast I consume there, as well as the headset I have to wear in drive-thru/the noise of people talking around me constantly

    also have rly bad allergies

I get them sometimes. I try to stay away from screens and lay down and maybe listen to some light music or ASMR to get my mind off it. Luckily mine usually happen at night so I can go to sleep. Good luck man hopefully u get better
