What can't you sleep without?

    What do you need to help you fall asleep? For me, I can't sleep without a fan. It could be cold as f--- and I'd still need a fan. I don't know if it's the sound that helps but I need a fan to fall asleep.

    I honestly need a podcast playing for some reason. Sometimes when i reach the point where im all out of podcasts I just listen to a random podcast covering the topics i like to hear about (philosophy and current events)

    I also need to have already showered, because I feel like f---ing s--- when I go to sleep without a shower. Esp when I had longer hair, I'd feel like itd be a stain to my pillows and sheets if my greasy a--- goes to sleep with the gunk of the day all on me.

    They're some exceptions like if I'm exhausted but for the most part, I can't sleep without the tv on. I don't have to be watching or anything, just listening, it puts me to sleep.
