Derrick Rose Visits Coach Cal/Kentucky During Morning Shootaround at the United Center

    A day after dropping 23 points in a victory over the Indiana Pacers, Derrick Rose stopped by the United Center to visit his former Memphis coach & current Kentucky coach and his team as they prepared for their upcoming Championship Classic game vs Duke (which Kentucky won 74-63). The 2 have stayed extremely close over the years, with Cal being one of Derrick's most vocal supporters. He praised Rose's leadership during shootaround, and said "his son PJ is 3, if I'm still coaching in 14 years, that's my PG".

    Lmao. awesome legendary shot. But I was referring to them getting their wins stripped that year cuz of rose and the act

    Chris Douglas-Roberts was nasty on that Memphis team, too bad he didn't pan out in the NBA.

    I knew Dorsey wouldn't do much but always figured CDR would at least be a rotation player. Saw him in the preseason and he looked absolutely awful. Got dominated by JB a few times.
