Nov 24, 2015 What was the moment you thought "This n----- em is tight, Im now his biggest fan" Mine was when I heard Just dont give a f--- at the tender age of 5/6. I thought this guy was amazing because he swore loads on a song. Good times
Nov 24, 2015 After i heard Stan on my tv screen when i was 10 or 9 my mind was blown by the power and the creactivity he made with also the message that comes to it,but since 2013 after mmlp2 i was like"maybe he doesn't have it anymore"
Nov 24, 2015 Heard Almost Famous and after some stuff, got around to hearing most of his music. Eventually stopped listening to him regularly so I could appreciate more artists.
Nov 24, 2015 I was always a fan of him even when I was like 3 years old when I heard My Name Is. I was too young to understand tho. My dad was playing Eminem songs sometimes. In 2002, my dad bought The Eminem Show. I was in love with it. I wasn't understanding but it was my fav. But I was just a 6 year old. Somehow, I forgot about him after Encore... In 2008 or 09 I guess when I was in 6th grade, I met a guy who was also interested in rap music. I remember listenin' to Relapse's leaked songs. My Mom & Insane. I was kinda impressed. I remember searchin' my dad's library for The Eminem Show. I was already into his singles like Without Me, Real Slim Shady but one song I was particularly searchin' for. The melody was there but I had no idea what the song's name was. That was the 14th track, Hailie's Song. I guess the main reason I loved it when I was little is that one was the only song I kinda understand LOL :D Anyway, that they I listened The Eminem Show and decided to check his whole discography again. I was a Stan after that day.
Nov 24, 2015 First song I heard was Brain Damage and I thought it's crazy. Didn't pay much attention after that until I had a horrible toothache and Without Me was on TV and the part where he goes "someone comes along on a mission and yells b----" made me laugh and forget about the toothache. Eminem helped me get through really tough time (it was a really bad toothache) and I've been loyal ever since.
Nov 24, 2015 This is sooo accurate to my stan-story from the ages to the stanbreak after encore and s--- tho it was my sister that played him when i was little and on my 6th birthday she gave me MMLP and TES after i heard k--- You i was hooked for life i also remember me and my sister acting to the steve berman skit from tes, i always got to be steve which got shot all the f---ing time and she always got to be Marshall Good times tho
Nov 24, 2015 Heard LTWYL when I was 11 on the radio, hated it, I remember thinking why would somebody listen to music when all the artist does is scream, the I heard TIC and was in awe, a week later a friend played Lose Yourself and I was like wait this is Eminem? s---. Amazing. Then I looked at his Vevo and saw Without Me I then remember being 4 and loving it. Then I went into his discog and have been a Stan since.
Nov 24, 2015 feel like a og stan when people find out bout Em with new music not his old stuff @PyschoBuddy I loved ur reaction to LTWYL lmao
Nov 24, 2015 The first eminem album I heard was Relapse... wasn't impressed except for a few songs. After I heard his earlier stuff I loved it but never really been a 'stan' simply because I was too young to listen to his (great) releases
Nov 24, 2015 I was 13 and was growing out of the music I liked as a kid and so was listening to a lot of music to find what was me. I never listened to rap and as a child I did not like Em cuz my parents hated him and I loved their music. We Made You was out and it really intrigued me so I bought Relapse. It blew my mind and I couldn't stop listening to it so then I started to listen to his older albums and I couldn't believe that he was so much better even. I'm now a major Stan and a huge fan of hip hop in general and that's why, though it may not be regarded as great, I will always have an appreciation for Relapse because it opened my eyes to Shady and rap!
Nov 24, 2015 hardcore 5 year old bet you were the type of kid that stole a kit-kat from the corner shop and walked home with eminem on your walkman
Nov 24, 2015 I was always a fan of Arabic rap,, in 2010, I knew that Eminem is the best rapper ever, had to listen to his best songs in youtube by view count,,, hated Not Afraid and Love the way you lie so much (they were so famous in Dubai) ,, I even didn't consider them as rap songs, and didn't understand the hype about Eminem. then one day I listened to Beautiful, The Way I am, Cleanin' out my closet. I thought he's so dope, couldn't stop my self from replaying this s---,,, and eventually I listened to Lose Yourself, and been Stan since then. and then understood his new styles and started appreciating it.
Nov 24, 2015 In early sixth grade (Right before mmlp2) when berzerk was a fresh single my friend told me about a song called my dads gone crazy i was hooked i started with everything i could find on vevo and then went all out and filled my phone with 356 eminem songs in around the time between then and when i joined this site, thats when i think i became a certified stan...unfortunately as all do ive grown out of mu praise stage though and moved on he brought me into rap and now im consuming all the new stuff and old stuff to move on with rap and keep up to date!
