Dec 3, 2015 Can we admit Eminem is weak? Can't deny his diss tracks are dope. s---, The Sauce is heavily underated imo, that s--- is straight fire. Thing is, we've never really seen EM beef with someone of his calibure. He's had different beefs and in all these beefs the only ''relevant'' artist at the time was Ja Rule. And it's not like Ja was anywhere near close to being as big as Eminem. And lets be real, even with the whole Shady crew and prime 50 Cent involved in that beef, he seemed pretty shook after that it was over. The Warning was great and brought us right back to the great old EM we were used too. The diss was great. But let's be honest, it's pretty pathetic when you think about who it was aimed at and why it was made. Eminem made a song denigrating Mariah Carey on Relapse, mentionned her name multiple times. Later, Mariah Carey made a pop song talking about someone obsessed with her, not even mentionning Eminem a single time (And it's not like he hadn't asked for it anyway) and the dude goes ape s---. What we got as a result was dope, but can't lie, it's pretty pathetic. I don't think Eminem would have the guts to take on any hiphop artist of his calibur. What are your thoughts?
Dec 3, 2015 s---, Rick Ross called him out a couple years back and EM didn't do s---. I bet you if Katy Perry would have called him out he'd be in the studio giving it his all and recording diss tracks.
Dec 4, 2015 Cause Rick ross isn't rapper. He wants the fame from Eminem. This is a footage of what would happen if Eminem replied to Rick McDonalds:
Dec 4, 2015 Are people really just coming to the conclusion that Em isn't the artist he used to be? He doesn't diss anyone anymore. He's not that artist anymore.
Dec 4, 2015 Agree but in all fairness saying ha rule was no where near ems level is abit pointless at the time no one was I still think he could hold his own if he was beefing with "real artists" because when he's collabed with big artists such as Wayne (a few times) Kanye Drake Kendrick he's always had solid verses
Dec 4, 2015 Bruh even during his prime he bleeped out Suge's name from Toy Soldiers. He wanted none of that heat.
Dec 4, 2015 Eminem has the guts to go at anyone. But there is no reason for him to diss anybody. What did Ross say actually ? As for Mariah, it was kinda must. Because Mariah was so famous. Everybody saw the Obsessed video on MTV and channels. He answered like he should've. There was a point to prove. He did that. As for Ross, I highly doubt he heard the guy talkin' s--- and even tho he knew he didn't have to prove himself as a rapper at this point. Mariah thing was slightly diffferent than other beefs he had.
Dec 4, 2015 I thought this much was obvious.... But if i was em i'd probably do the same, from a business perspective he's doing it right, music is all business these days anyway
Dec 4, 2015 I think it has a lot to do with Em not wanting to give the ones that diss him attention. For example, at the 2013 EMAs when asked about Afrojack who had been talking s--- Em responded with "Who?". Here's a video of it:
Dec 4, 2015 You think he should beef with real artists? What if real artists respect him and are on good terms with him and there's no reason to beef? They should beef because that would be entertaining to you?
Dec 4, 2015 Ehhhh i wanna agree but i think that immy is partially right and also maybe he doesn't wanna diss anyone like its all about respect why would he hit someone he might respect?
