Jan 1, 2016 It's awesome (and rare) when Eminem performs without a backing track like this, wish he would do it more...but it's probably not like that in his concerts cause he can't do an entire set like that anymore. Sucks, tbh, cause his concerts are full of like 80% backing track, but he does great here.
Jan 1, 2016 really? I've rarely seen him use a backtrack except for the final words (which porter usually picks up) and the hooks (especially SSLP era ones). there was that SNL performance but that's the only one I can think of
Jan 1, 2016 I just mean it's constantly playing in the background at high volume. He uses loud, full backing tracks from 09-now and it's always taken away from his performances compared to say, this video here.

Seems like he chooses what flow to use. Wish he'd go with what worked. Even his yell rap worked on the right instrumental, like Medicine Man. Eminem gotta stop with the bs man.
