    Deserved, but hate how it's all getting too predictable each year.

    In the coming years hopefully, we'll be seeing new stars, new faces as the nominees and things will get pretty interesting then.

    Cmon fam... it's not about 'entertainment' it's about who deserves it..

    you can't take away from Messi that he's one of those exceptionally talented once-in-a-lifetime players and rewards like these are proof of how great he exactly is.. (and Ronaldo too for that matter)

    An entire calendar year stretches over two seasons. Or I guess more like a season and a half. At least it does for Messi and Ronaldo who play in La Liga.
