    I realized today I s--- at talking to girls... I get so anxious around them and it comes off as awkward and lame.

    I usually ask them what TV show they're watching get a recommendation, watch the show talk about the show, eventually you'll get to know them better and it's no longer awkward.
    (works with girls you see everyday)
