    cardio & crunches will do jack s--- for abs unless you're strategic about it

    you need to find out how many calories you burn everyday and eat under that.

    Example: If I burn 2,500 calories a day then if I eat 600 less calories a day, I'll burn about a pound of fat per week.

    Incorporating weight lifting will help you burn more fat over the same period of time.

    Find out how much you burn daily and adjust your calories from there.

    So what your implying is if I consume 1900 calories attempt to burn around 2500?
