Sep 4, 2016 Em's first appearance in over a year will be on Skylar Gray's new album, to me this seems odd that there is no build up or the fact that his management are even letting something as insignificant as this break the hiatus. Therefore I'm going to take a shot in the dark here and reach for the stars... Eminem is now effectively owned by Apple considering his relationshipwith Dr Dre. Apple's iPhone 7 announcement is on the 7th Sept (isn't it?). Let's see if we get a "Apple exclusive" announcement there..IPhones normally launch a week or 2 after the event so could be looking at a paired release date of the 16th or 23rd Sept. Stranger things have happened. It could even "pair" with MMLP2 by focusing on the nostalgia of Em and Dre teaming up again. My guess for album title based on this theory is "Guilty Conscience".

Sep 4, 2016 It definitely wouldn't be preloaded due to explicit content. However, I'm starting to think his next album will be an Apple Music exclusive as well. The Phenomenal music video had a good amount of Apple advertisement and obviously his strong ties to Dre. Maybe that's the reason for it being so quiet, they won't say much since it would be an Apple release. I have no idea if that's something they would announce on September 7th, but an Apple Music exclusive release would be different for Shady Records and certainly change the dated the 4 month album rollout. I don't understand your reasoning behind the Skylar feature. Just because it's random/insignificant it necessitates something solo related beforehand?

Sep 4, 2016 1. No 2. No 3. He isn't on a "hiatus". He has released plenty of music since MMLP2. His songs on Shady XV, his songs on the Southpaw soundtrack, collabs with Tech N9ne, Busta Rhymes, Trick Trick, The Hills, Best Friend, Medicine Man, Shady Cypher. We've heard at least 20 tracks with Em since MMLP2. It's not a lot but far from a "hiatus" 4. No
Sep 4, 2016 Yeah, but If it even happens it could more likely be the start of a late 2016 rollout. Aren't there conflict in reports on Skylars' website? One saying no features and one linking to the tracklist with the feature?
Sep 5, 2016 What gives you the impression he has control over his features for other artists? He probably has done other collaborations that are currently not released/announced yet. It just so happens that none of his features have been released yet. He can't tell an artist when to release their songs he features on to fit into how he thinks people should hear his music.
