    Talking about new school rappers, artists who have been consistently putting out music in 2016, or artists who have been gaining popularity in the past few years. For example, Boosie, he's not new school or just blowing up by any means but he's had one h--- of a run this year.

    but you're right, drake is certainly much better than all the rappers you've mentioned...but since it's only about rappers who been gaining popularity in the past few years...
