Some of the recent projects including the MMLP2 & XV we've seen a lot of Slim Shady and I personally think he's ran it into the ground. It doesn't have the same appeal that it did 15 years ago and it seems like it's gone stale and the shock value has gone. A lot of people want to see the side with his poetic rawness and storytelling (GOF, KND, Fine Line) which he is doing a lot more of now.

Do you still want more Slim Shady?

He used to say Slim Shady was just bleach and vodka. Can't dye your hair and call yourself slim, kinda have to do the drug/alcohol stuff to.

I thought Brainless and Evil Twin demonstrated good execution of the Slim Shady persona, especially for modern day Eminem. I just don't understand how it's so polarized. He either does the inspirational s--- or hIs rap just to flex his rhyme skills s---, there's no middle ground anymore. I think if anything he's running the inspirational "I'm back, they doubted me, never give up" bs into the ground.

I always thought No Apologies was the last real Slim Shady track. It had a real weird feel to me, as if he was trying to k--- off Slim and go in another direction. Always wonder what could have been if the drugs didn't throw him off track. That Funeral album would have been something special if it did actually happen.

The last verse isn't from 2002. Only the first two verses were pulled from a freestyle in 2002.

lol no. bs story that somebody made up up which everyone seems to believe. And those weren't "freestyles" he probably already had the song recorded by then with no intention of releasing it which is why he spat those verses just playing around
