I don't study yet, I'm still in my last year of high school. :)
However, I plan on studying law in the country I live in.
And three exams in a row are really rough. The struggle is real :wiggins:

Word, I'm going for law when I finish my degree as well. Sucks in Canada because you have to complete an undergrad first. And there's only 8 or 9 schools in Canada so you need a 3.6 GPA and a 160 on the LSAT.

I considered going to Europe to do law, but my marks are good enough to get in here so I'll just stick it out.

I live in the southern part of the country west of Poland. Do you have to speak multiple languages fluently for your studies? That's what I've heard about European Studies, that you need to speak for example French, English and German fluently.

I was really astonished that you can't study medicine or law right away in North America. However, I think it would be really interesting to skim through academic fields like political sciences, rhetoric, government and sociology before starting with your "actual" studies. Where I live, basically everybody that has completed 12 years of school can study law - 9 or 10 years of school result in a high school diploma, and after 12 years, you get a permission to attend universities. Here, law is really just law for the most part, although there's sometimes history and philosophy of law sprinkled in here and there.

Furthermore, for the most part, you don't finish your studies with crippling debt because the government lends money (without interest rates) to all students who need it. I'm also hoping on somehow getting a scholarship - my grades are very good but not perfect, so it could be difficult to get one. Unfortunately, scholarships are rarer here than they are in North America.

It really depends on what do you want to do after graduation. If you want to work in EU parliament you should know at least 2 languages, but you can also continue other studies after getting bachelor degree. Then it's not that neccessary. I would like to make master's degree on completely different major, for example e-marketing or journalism.

Why are you avoiding a name of your country? lol

I've studied Law. Business Law Bachelor and Law & Technology Master to be precise. I enjoyed the study, especially Law & Technology, which was an interesting field. Too bad I don't really like the field of work so far... :kanye3:

I remember having classes on law philosophy and the history of law. I really enjoyed the change these classes brought. It had less "dry matter" as the regular law classes.

Yeah, I've done C++ too. It's annoying, and Java is more widely used in day to day stuff and you can create things from it too.
Lemme know if you ever need help on Java ;]
