if i were making a list of the greatest rappers ever (which i am), both fall somewhere between 7 and 20. at their peaks, i probably take wayne. but fully 80% of boosie's catalog is at 90-ish% of wayne's capacity, whereas wayne's got a slew of bad work. it's close to a toss up, but i think picking either rapper is reasonable.

since sl, posters have been obsessed with my opinion on eminem. which, for the record, remains: he was once a very talented rapper who made two good records, a kind-of above-average one and four terrible ones. he's probably in the top 100.
