Jun 2, 2016 Bernie isn't fighting a fraud case for his "University" that charged students up to $60,000 for information they could have found for free at zillow.com or being asked to return a $150,000 grant that was for small businesses (Trump Group isn't a small business) who had property destroyed in the 9/11 attack (Trump's properties weren't in the attack site). So, basically Trump is being asked to return money he stoled from the 9/11 victims.
