What he's trying to say is "i'm homophobic and think young thug is h----------. He's a bad influence because he is trying to convert black youths into h----------s"
    that's all it is.
Future's entire image is Drinking Lean, but he's not a bad influence?
Fredo Santana posts pillow cases of Weed, bricks of coke, guns and numerous other illicit substances on social media regularly, but he's not a bad influence?

Then how is he well educated in hip-hop? It doesn't make sense.
I mean nearly everyone would be able to think of rappers that are more negative than Thug. (not to mention how thug has lyrics constantly relating to raising/supporting his family)

That's because no one wants to tell him he's a bad influence, he's the type if n----- to s---t at you over something you say about him on twitter.

In all honesty is there any rapper out there that can be considered destructive to the black community?

I'm not here for people who judge the quality of art on what kind of "message" it has.

Michael Jackson mostly ever sang about dancing and wanting to get with girls. Horrible influence on the black community IMO

I'm sure your friend knows his s---, but his logic is bad on this one.

Yes, Thugger is terrible to the black community. I remember at my old school (the ones you guys co helped to get me suspended from) in Language Arts class one day we had a discussion on if artists like Young Thug and Drake were destroying the black community, and I was on the side that thought so.
I won't lie, I haven't listened to many Thugger songs, but the few I have listened to are really, really bad IMO. Pikachu, Stoner, and Peanut Butter Jelly (I've only heard a little bit of the last two) are the songs I listened to. They repeat hooks, talk about nothing important, and are just really dumb in general.
There are rappers out there like Lupe Fiasco who are really making intelligent rap songs that the black community NEED to hear... but sadly aren't, and it's no thanks to these hook artists like Thugger.
So yes, in my opinion, he is destroying the black community.
