    The Portal is SectionEighty's MAIN navigation item and I never check it. There's some okay content in there, but it's cluttered and unfocused. It's the first menu option, yet isn't the landing page of the forum. I ignore it completely.

    So I was wondering, does anyone else? How often? Could the Portal be simplified or even removed to create a more streamlined SectionEighty experience? Is there something we could replace it with? Could we combine it with the forum list?

    Because the Portal is a better experience or because New Posts is harder to navigate to? Would you rather have New Posts in that spot?

    It's more dynamic. I can see statuses, posts, and threads. Remove the leak mod unless somebody wants to actually maintain it imo.

    I didn't even realize "Quick Forums" were basically New Posts.

    Yeah, the News & Leaks is useless. New Posts/Quick Forums could be expanded and moved to the top. Possibly rename Portal to simply "Latest". The whole thing needs reworked, but this quick fix could solve a lot of issues.

    I still think we should revamp it and move stuff there like 'top posters in last 30 days', 'top likes yesterday', things like that that shouldn't be on user profiles

    If y'all implemented it in the app and tweaked it just slightly/generally raised awareness of its existence/function I feel like I and most others would use it a lot more.

    Lumping ALL THE UPDATES into one page isn't a great solution. I've never been a fan of profile statuses. They're just updates that should be posts inside threads rather than hidden in profile pages.
