Mar 17, 2015 I'm not talking about their music. Both of them have 3 great albums in a row, and imo they are pretty close. But I mean on here.. their popularity. In other threads it's already Kendrick vs Kanye fans, Drake vs Kendrick and the hype/calling TPAB a classic is the same as with MMLP2. Do you guys think if the hype is gone Kendrick will still be the most discussed rapper, or will the site go back to discussing Relapse and Recovery? I remember @Koolo said in the beginning he wanted rappers like Drake and Kendrick to be the future of this site, do you think it happened?
Mar 17, 2015 i will do my best to make sure those new members stay...if not i will recruit more members, NOT because i just want kdot fans..but in general Eminem fans are VERRRRRRRRRY close minded...they will not hear another rapper...kendrick fans will listen to many things...that if you have 300 kdot members...your forum would MUCH MUCH more active than 300 eminem members...they will discuss many other albums..etc

Mar 17, 2015 How much did Yeezus sell bro. Less than J Cole's second studio album first week. His recent output of music, he's hangin' the f--- on. People will be over him real soon if he doesn't pick his game up. Album 1 up until WTT he was the most consistent artist alive. I don't feel that anymore.

Mar 17, 2015 Didn't he released "New Slaves" through video projection in several locations. He also performed some songs on SNL. The only thing Yeezus didn't had was a single that they maybe could release for the radio. But the video projection was huge promotion imo.

Mar 17, 2015 If Kanye was truly still hot he could drop an album randomly and sell 500+ .... Drake and Cole basically did that, that's why I'm saying Kanye is hanging on to his relevancy. The hip hop world still hyping him up but I don't think the rest of the world care as much as they did 5 years ago. I'm not saying he has LOST it I'm saying he is still hanging in there solid. But not as hot as drake right now.

One Eminem song from 2000 can't top Kendrick's album. Yes. Maybe that Ronnie track would be awesome to hear but c'mon.
