Safari vs. Chrome

    Looking for a reason to switch from Chrome. Safari looks cleaner, but Chrome got dem extensions.

    Safari got extensions too fam, I made the switch back when Yosemite dropped.

    i went from chrome to Firefox; i though it looked cooler, but i might go back to chrome tho I'm contemplating

    Oh I don't use that joint. You could run two browsers like I do :idk:

    I do my browsing in Safari mostly, the experience is just better to me.

    why?... firefox is more secure, and just feels better. Chrome is overrated!

    I been using Safari since the beginning of time but people always insulted me on these sites saying Chrome is better & I had no idea why, I never payed any attention to them though.

    I mean to each their own..lol I also use Maxthon Nitro browser, it's probably the fastest out of all of them-- no extensions yet though.

    idk i use chrome for netflix.

    i only use safari for browsing, it's goat for that. this my favourite feature, when you go to type a URL it just pops up your quick favourites as well as frequently visited so jumping between sites is quick:

    other than that reading list is nice too, as well as the shared links section if you use twitter.

    DO they still make Safari for Windows?.. I don't think they do. I used to use it all the time on my old PC.

    i'm not sure, i've actually never used it for windows.

    i only recently started using it for mac, i've been using chrome for like 6 years now.

    Chrome always freezes for me for some reason. I just prefer Firefox, it's more secure..and it's gotten faster.

    nah, Firefox isn't that bad now but it still feels a bit clunkier than chrome

    hmmm in a way yes it did.. but the update makes it feel smoother though.. (imo) I recommend Maxthon Nitro, it would take the top spot if it had extensions.

    Open Google Chrome and type chrome://net-internals in the address bar (omni box). Switch to the Sockets tab and choose Flush Socket Pools. Now open Gmail or Google in Chrome and any site should open without problems.
