Apr 21, 2020 No doubt about this in my opinion. Nowadays will ahve so many rappers but they are all clones bar Roddy Rich(Young THug fell off) & boring as f---. 2005-2008 classics non stop. just some favourites below way better than majority of hip hop in the last 4 years

Apr 21, 2020 Be careful @Mikey if u say most of the popular rappers right now are without charisma and seem to have zero interest in hiphop, and popular producers are mostly boring assholes repeating the same s-----y trapbeat over and over ur an old man without taste ! Oh and ftr thug and future were goats, and yg is great just like more of them. W popular ones I mostly mean losers like the amigos, lil baby, gunna etc
Apr 21, 2020 I agree but both future and thug got boring after (last few years) I mean they release 3400 songs a year which is great but only 100 are new and unique these days, the others all sound the same unfortunately...
Apr 21, 2020 future & thug are done. both so boring now. Travis Scott was never that good either. Thugs 2014-2017 was legendary & kept me interested in modern hip hop.But last few years he has been awful. Lil Uzi album was also a snoozefest bar a few songs. Roddy Ricch's album was very good.

Apr 21, 2020 Roddy Rich,Kevin Gates Islah & BTG by Thug the best 3 I can think. These albums last few years will age very bad. Songs are too short & all we is playlists not albums.
Apr 21, 2020 King, Port Of Miami, Doctor's Advocate and The Big b---. 2006 smacks the s--- out of this time period alone lol. 04-08 was an incredible time for rap music.
Apr 21, 2020 Oh yeah. Press Play, Blue Carpet Treatment and even Kingdom Come were great, too. Those years were loaded with great releases. I just stopped at 4 but could go on and on lol.

Apr 21, 2020 Chamillinaire was great back around this time. Medldc hooks & a great flow. Mistape Messiah series. The man was underated. Great artist Ridin remix a classic no hip hop single as good last 4-5 years no doubt
