Spoilers, obviously.

Opinions on the show? Second half of season 2 with Deathstroke was awesome. Done the character justice in my opinion. Season 3 has been off to a slow start and the whole Sara death storyline could've been handled better. I know it'll pick up when the show returns but it seems like nobody except Laurel cares. Had that one episode where it showed the aftermath and... that's it.

Seeing Komodo was cool and Ra's is going to wreck havoc with the league in the season finale (maybe).

Thoughts?

Season 2 was spectacular, I wish season 3 could pick it up a bit, some of the plot seems pointless and is just looping back to nothing. I just want to see where the villain picks up and makes Oliver give a worthy fight. I think I'm overstretching it but I hope they don't continue to put Oliver in different locations for every year he was supposedly on the island.

If you think back to the pilot Oliver was still on the island before he got rescued on the fishing boat. He looked a lot more experienced than he does in the flashbacks and was like the arrow in present day. It's a nice change of scenery but we will defo see more island flashbacks.

Arrow is easily my favorite TV show right now. Season 1 was great, season 2 was amazing, and season 3 has been good but needs to pick up. Flash is great too.

the whole hong kong sub plot is kind of boring, not nearly as good as the island stuff.. It's been an ok season.. the only real stand out episode for me was the sara funeral episode... I hope it starts picking up.. On a side note, I just got word that Suicide squad will be filming in toronto And i might be working on it, Pretty d--- excited for that..

The Hong Kong sub plot is pretty boring. It's one way to introduce Kitana into the Arrow-verse and a nice change, but it feels different than the other past flashbacks. Oliver will eventually go back to the island though.

The character of Sara was made for Arrow and isn't a DC Comics character. Laurel is the Black Canary in the comics

The writers/producers probably felt they needed to have Laurel as Black Canary eventually like she is in the comics. Could of had two Canary's but in TV land what's more popular? Killing one off then having them be avenged. That and ratings.

Killing Sara was a big vocal point of the show that got people talking and genuinely shocked. Perfect way to have Laurel be her comic counter-part but it's been executed f---ing poorly.

Plus, besides Felicity and Thea she is the only other female lead the show has whose character hasn't been pushed.

Her character is f---ing awful, though

I'd be happy if her and Huntress teams up as Birds of Prey from the comics and CW gives them their own show so Laurel can be gone from Arrow. h---, take Iris while they're at it if they want.

Shows great this season. The crossover (on the flash) was some nice fan service and fun, but overall a filler episode although it was still good, I believe Flash is gonna be on this week's ep of arrow as well.

Not a big fan of Laurel either but it is what it is, she was always going to become black canary. Her character is still being developed so it can get better.

I also marked out at the Wildcat episode.
