Eminem Recovery vs MMLP2

    If I'm being honest, I thought MMLP2 was a good album when it first leaked. Maybe I was caught up in the new Eminem hype or something, but I legit though it was his best album since TES, Since it leaked I've probably listened to the album 2 or 3 times. The replay value on this absolutely sucks, songs that I thought were good sound horrible now and it really has aged badly.

    Recovery, though not amazing, holds up ok in comparison. Songs like Space Bound, GTC, Seduction, Talking 2 Myself, even Cold Wind Blows, s--- on the majority of MMLP2 in my opinion. If I'm honest the album is pretty underrated and I'd take a Recovery 2 over the sound of MMLP2/Shady XV style Eminem in a heartbeat.

    Recovery has way too many low, low, low points for the decent stuff to put it above something that's pretty consistently mediocre like MMLP2

    There is literally no way of saying MMLP2 is better than Recovery lol

    I really like the more serious songs on Recovery its definitely something that MMLP2 lacks. In this point in my own life I prefer more serious songs especially when it comes down to my favorite artist but at the same time well done Slim Shady type tracks are always welcomed. I think MMLP2 has a few of those and that is as well something Recovery lacks and fails at. Still for some reason I still prefer MMLP2 but its not by a huge margin I think both are good albums.

    Recovery - because it had a clear theme and direction, and he succeeded in reinventing himself.

    Although I like MMLP2, it is also a retreat to the past and rests on the foundation of nostalgia.

    Imo Recovery is the best project as a whole he's done since the 8 Mile Soundtrack

    Recovery is like a weaker version of TES. MMLP 2 is a better version of Encore.

    I think both have high points on them that are great
    Recovery - Space Bound, GTC, Seduction, No Love, Talking 2 Myself
    MMLP2 - Evil Twin, Don't Front, Groundhog Day, Bad Guy, Rap God, Headlight
    But the lows bring them down so much especially on MMLP2 like So Far love the hook but the song doesn't do anything for me

    Recovery. MMLP2 is his worst album by far even though it had that godly bonus disc.

    MMLP2 is Classic, Rewoatvery is decent.
    Too many features in Recovery, the production is weak.

    Say What You Say. Bitchfork rated Rewoatvery 2.8/10 and i'd rate it 6/10. The album is so mainstream. i enjoy the lyrics d--- bad but the production ruined the album. ADMIT IT.
    MMLP2 is classic to me, 8/10

    Yes! Going Through Changes by far my fav. No Love and poppier SpaceBound...
    Actually i personally like Recovery cuz the content, the lyrics are deep into my story... but there's some facts you couldn't change that Recovery is s----d at the production. But its always one of Top 4 Eminem's album in Billboard 200 every week because Marshall did put his a--- on promoting the album.
    Edit 1. MMLP2 is classic. i enjoy it fully.
    Edit 2. No Recovery 2 with Brown Hair then
